Individual Industry Tickets

You must be a working member of the Gay Adult Entertainment Industry to qualify for Industry Seating including sales, talent, director, producer, retailer, distributor, etc. For specific questions on qualification requirements, please contact info@gayvn.com.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
GAYVN and NAKEDSWORD have drafted GRAND LUXE TRAVEL to assist you in hotel and rental car needs on your road trip to SF. The all-star Westin San Francisco Market Street will play host to our out of town visitors. We’ve scored a super low room rate of just $99 a night PER ROOM single or double occupancy, plus tax. Fly in two or three days early to attend the Tailgater and pre-show events. The $99 rate is available for 3 days before and after the award show (limited availability). Luxury SUITES and rental cars can be reserved through Grand Luxe Travel (Arias@GrandLuxeTravel.com) at reduced rates.

For room reservations, book online here, or call the Westin Reservations directly at (888) 627-8561, mention the GAYVN Awards rate. The $99 rate is limited and will fill up fast. Book early to insure you’re not left out on the practice field. The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations at this rate is March 13, 2009 or until our block is full, so don’t fumble the ball, book now. The Westin San Francisco Market Street is convenient to Union Square shopping and is only a 5 minute walk to MUNI (San Francisco’s fine metro), which can transport you and your team to The Castro in minutes.
