Voting Process
Prenomination Instructions
To be considered for a 2008 GAYVN Award, a production must have been released on or before
December 31, 2008. Please email prenom@gayvn.com after
January 1 to receive a username and password. The voting site will be open from January 5
through January 21. We will post a story to GAYVN.com
with the address of the site as the launch date draws nearer.
You are free to suggest as much as you like in each category. Do note, however, that being shrewd
about your suggestions will yield a more desirable end response than creating a laundry list of
titles that may not all have been your/your company's best.
The site and your password will be active until midnight, January 21. After that time, you will
no longer be able to access your suggested pre-noms on the site or make additions to what you
have entered.
Production companies are asked to provide two copies of every title they would like GAYVN to
consider in our nominations process. These should be shipped to:
